For International Scholarship Students

• Must be an upper-division undergraduate (at least two years of college completed) or a graduate student.
• Age: 20–26 years old by July 1, 2025.
• English Proficiency: Proficiency must be verified by an academic advisor.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership through community service or non-governmental work.
• Valid Passport and Visa: Must possess a valid passport and be able to obtain a U.S. visa.
• First-Time U.S. Visitors Preferred: Applicants who have never visited the U.S. are given preference.

For U.S. Scholarship Students

• Education: Must meet the same educational requirements as international students
